You now have FREE online access to your hourly water usage information! As part of our ongoing efforts to improve services to our customers, we are now offering you direct and secure access to your water usage data. EyeOnWater includes a secure online website and App to review and analyze your usage patterns. You can even sign up to get alerts to possible leaks on your property!

You will need your zip code, account number, and email address.

  1. Visit www.eyeonwater.com/signup to create your online account. Enter your service Zip code and your account number.

  2. Enter your name and email address. Confirm the address and then create and confirm a password. Passwords must be 8 to 16 characters long.

  3. Check your email for the verification message that has just been sent.

  4. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address.

  5. After clicking the link in your email, enter your email address and password to sign in.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to view your water consumption and even set a leak alert!
